100% Refund will be given if the Weather Network forecast predicts over 1-3mm of rain or 24 km/h winds or more during your chosen rental time on your invoice agreement. Please email Carlie@cvbounce.ca no later than 72 hours before your rental start date to discuss inclement weather or cancellation.
Safety notice
If High Wind or Rain of this nature occurs during your rental it is important to shut off the blowers and discontinue use. Inclement weather including high winds and rain can be dangerous for clients. We take the safety of our clients very seriously. If cancellation is necessary note that we are only taking your safety into account.
